Good Days Program Update

Due to a lack of funding, the Good Days program can no longer assist Medicare and Medicare Advantage patients with coinsurance costs. Patients will now be responsible for their coinsurance at the time of their visit. As Medicare providers, we are legally required to collect these payments.
However, if you’re unable to afford your coinsurance, please keep your appointment—alternative payment options may be available. We remain committed to supporting your care and want you to know that your health and continued access to treatment are part of the vision we deeply care to uphold.
