Patient FAQ

Questions about treatment, insurance, or your first visit? We’re here to help.

Same day appointments may be available. If you have a location or physician preference, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule in a timely manner. If your needs are emergent, please call our office for immediate attention.

At your new patient appointment, we will ask about your general and eye health, test your vision and measure the pressure in your eyes. Our team will also dilate your pupils prior to your eye exam with one of our retina specialists. Depending on your eye condition, additional testing may be required. We recommend arranging transportation for after your appointment.

Please bring a Photo ID and Insurance Card(s) to your appointment, along with a list of all health conditions and allergies, a list of all medications and supplements and a list of questions or concerns about your eyes. Patients who are visiting one of our offices should plan on spending up to three hours with our care team.

We accept many insurances, but not all plans. We invite you to call our office to schedule an appointment and one of our insurance coordinators will work to verify your benefits prior to your visit.

We accept cash, checks, debit and major credit cards.
